List of BS MS PhD Scholarships in Taiwan for 2025

1) MOE Taiwan Scholarship Program

This scholarship is Funded by the Ministry of Education, Taiwan. The MOE Taiwan Scholarship is for Undergraduate programs, Master’s programs, and doctorate programs.

The scholarship covers Tuition, expenses, and a monthly living allowance for international students.

2) Taiwan ICDF Scholarship

This scholarship is funded by the Taiwan International Cooperation and Development Fund (ICDF). The scholarship is for Bachelors, Masters, and PhD students. IELTS is not required.

Taiwan ICDF Scholarship covers all the expenses including airfare, tuition, accommodation, and stipend.

3) MOFA Taiwan Scholarship

This scholarship is offered by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education. The MOFA Taiwan Scholarship is for the Undergraduate program, Master’s program, and Doctoral program.

This scholarship covers tuition fees, monthly stipends, and travel allowances.

4) Taiwan International Graduate Program

The Taiwan International Graduate Program is a PhD program designed for international students. The program focus is on the Ph.D. programs in the Science and Technology fields.

5) Huayu Enrichment Scholarship (HES)

This scholarship is also Funded by the Ministry of Education (MOE) for international students who want to learn Mandarin Chinese in Taiwan. It covers tuition fees, accommodation, and a monthly stipend.

6) Elite Short Study Exchange Program in Taiwan

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Taiwan established a Southbound Policy Exchange program. This is a fully funded 5 months exchange program for the youth to explore Taiwan.

It’s a non-degree program. The program is available in three Taiwan Universities. And all of them are fully funded.
