The NATO Young Professionals Program 2025 (NATO YPP) is a Fully Funded entry-level program for people interested in starting their career with NATO. The program aims to attract highly qualified applicants. Successful candidates will have an opportunity to work in different NATO bodies in various NATO work areas to gain experience. The Total duration of NATO’s Young Professional program is three years. Candidates will be transferred to different NATO bodies to work there for one year. So, in Total three transfers in three years. After the completion of the program, the participants will be appointed for an additional three years in one of the NATO bodies (based on needs, and performance). NATO YPPs will also receive a competitive employee benefit package. More details are given below.

Eligibility Criteria
NATO Young Professionals Programme Requirements:
- Age: 21 or older
- Nationality: Citizen of a NATO member country
- Professional Experience: At least one year of full-time professional experience (employment, internships, etc.)
- Education: Master’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institution
- Languages: Proficiency in English or French; working knowledge of the other is beneficial. Additional languages may be advantageous for certain positions.
