In most cases, you need a Job offer from the UK Licensed sponsors. The UK govt launched a New Visa in May 2022 which allows you to come for a Job search and look for work. It is known as the UK High Potential Individual (HPI) Visa. According to UK Gov Statistics up to the end of 2022, there were 1,342 grants to main applicants. Applicants from all around the world can apply for the UK HPI Visa. The HPI visa allows you to stay in the UK for 2 years. But if you have a PhD or other doctoral qualification, you can stay for 3 years.
It’s aimed at recent graduates from prestigious universities. UK universities are not eligible. If you’re already in the UK on a student visa you may be able to apply for a Graduate visa.
