Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates from around the world are eligible to apply.
- The Scholarship is open to the:
- Reporters, editors, producers, and presenters/anchors.
- Photojournalists, videographers, and broadcast teams.
- Podcast/radio journalists and newsroom social/visual teams.
- Freelancers with a commissioning/assignment letter.
- Content creators who produce independent, factual coverage on social issues.
- Media and content creators with a demonstrated focus on gender equality, health, human rights, climate justice, development, or Oceanic Pacific issues.
- First Nations and Indigenous journalists and creators.
- LGBTQIA+ people, persons with disabilities, internally displaced persons and refugees, and those from under-resourced communities
- Early-career journalists/creators and applicants who have not previously received a ‘Women Deliver Conference Scholarship.
