1) Ireland Government Postgraduate Scholarship (Masters, PhD)
Each year the Irish Council offers 280 postgraduate scholarships to international students. The scholarship is available in all disciplines.
The scholarship is managed by the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation, and Science (DFHERIS) and managed by the Irish Research Council (IRC).

2) Government of Ireland (GOI-IES) Scholarship
This is another scholarship in Ireland for international students to pursue Master’s and PhD degree programs from Irish higher education institutions and is managed by the Higher Education Authority.
They offer 60 scholarships each year. This scholarship is for only one year of study.

3) Global Excellence Postgraduate Scholarships
The Global Excellence Postgraduate Scholarship is offered by Trinity College Dublin (TCD). This scholarship is for outstanding international students to pursue full-time postgraduate programs.
An applicant must be a Non-European citizen and you must have an offer letter from Trinity College Dublin for a postgraduate program.
