The Applications are open to apply for the University of Hong Kong HKU CDS Internship 2025. It is a Fully Funded Internship at the University of Hong Kong. Candidates from all around the world are eligible to apply for the HKU CDS Research Internship Program. The Duration of the Internship is 7 Weeks. The Purpose of the Internship is to provide an opportunity for students worldwide to learn about the research postgraduate program and engage in research projects under the Guidance of the Faculty member. There is no application fee and the Internship will run from July 13 to August 31, 2025. Approximately 50 exceptional individuals will participate in the University of Hong Kong HKU CDS Research Internship Program 2025. More details are given below.

Eligibility Criteria
- The Program is open to the Nationals of all the Countries.
- Open to the Current Year 2 or Year 3 Undergraduate students.
- Studying Computer Science, Statistics and Actuarial Science, or a related discipline
- From universities in Mainland China, Hong Kong, or other overseas countries.

Successful applicants will be notified of their offer in May 2025.
Visa Information
Admitted students must apply for a “training visa” through the Hong Kong Immigration Department. A supporting letter from the applicant’s home institution is required, stating that the institution supports the training at HKU and confirms the student’s return to their studies upon completion.
Applicants must ensure their institution can provide this letter before applying. Tourist visas are not acceptable. Please refer to the Guidebook for Entry for Training in Hong Kong.
