Applications are open for the MTCP ICAO 219 OJTI Course 2025 in Malaysia. It is a Fully Funded onsite Training Program for 9 Days. The Program will run from 17th to 24th June 2025. Applicants from all around the world are eligible to apply. The Course is about “Air Traffic Control” and is organized by the Malaysian Aviation Academy (MAVA) and offered by the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP). Participants will receive support from the Government of Malaysia. The Government will cover Airfare Expense, Accommodation, Meals, Daily Stipend, and Course Fee. ICAO 219 is a Course Code for an “On-the-Job Training Instructor” designed for Air Traffic Controllers (ATCOs). OJTI is a qualified and experienced Air Traffic Controller who is trained to instruct and supervise other ATCOs to become OJTI. More details are below.

MTCP ICAO 219 OJTI Course Objective
